Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Pricing

All prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are fraudulent.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. HomeSpark is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened personal care products are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact support@homespark.co.

Limitation of Liability

HomeSpark shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
