Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Free Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 may incur a small shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see a tracking update within 3 days of your shipping email, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@homespark.co. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — guaranteed.
