Return Policy

We want you to love every HomeSpark product you order. If something isn't right, we make it easy to fix.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@homespark.co with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we replace it for free — no return shipping required. Just email us a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll send a replacement right away.

Lost in Transit

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@homespark.co. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (such as wax strips and nail care devices) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
