What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@homespark.co within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it but our 30-day return policy will apply.

Is it safe to order from HomeSpark?

Absolutely. HomeSpark uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your payment details and we never share your personal information with third parties.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive in 8–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at support@homespark.co. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry to hear that. Email us at support@homespark.co with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return shipping required.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation once it's done.

Do your products come with a warranty?
